Custer Grain Company is a 3rd generation, family owned & operated grain elevator located in Northeast Indiana. Our doors opened for business in October 1967 with a storage capacity of 80,000 bushels. Over the years, Custer Grain has expanded to approximately 3 million bushel capacity. We also provide shipping up and down the Eastern seaboard through the mainline of CSX railroad.

A.J. Custer started the legacy of Custer Grain with the help of second generation: Harold, Finley, Wayne and Dale Custer.

Kyle is our Outside Supervisor and certified for field spraying. He's been with the company since September of 2014.
Josh graduated from Purdue University in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Systems Management. He's been with the company since August of 2014.

Custer Grain provides a full agronomy department for all the needs of every farmer; which includes: fertilizer, chemicals, seed.
We also provide application for both liquid and dry products. You can also rent a spreader from us for your fertilizer/seeding needs.
